Gradually add contents of this package to rapidly boiling salted water (1 tsp salt per quart), so that the water continues to boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally unit tender to a fork (9 - 10 minutes), Drain. Rinse with cold water, drain again. Use in your favourite recipe.
