Boil Eve Spaghetti Noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together Eve Peanut Butter, chili flakes, Eve Granulated Sugar, soy sauce, ½ cup water. Mix until smooth and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat Eve Vegetable Oil and sesame oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
Add carrots, Eve mushrooms, Eve corn, and bean sprouts. Cook for 2–3 minutes until just tender.
Add the cooked noodles and the peanut butter sauce to the pan. Toss everything together until the noodles are fully coated and the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
