  • 1 can Eve Tuna (drained) 
  • 1 tsp Eve Vinegar 
  • ½ cup Eve Par Boiled Long Grain Rice (cooked) 
  • 1 tsp Eve Granulated Sugar 
  • 1 tsp Eve Tomato Ketchup 
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese 
  • 1 &½ tbsp Mayonnaise 
  • ½ tsp Salt 
  • Nori Leaves 
  • Cucumber Slices 
  • Siracha or Hot Sauce of your liking 
  • Chives (chopped)
  • Avocado slices (optional) 
  • Sesame Seeds 
  • Furikake Seasoning
  • Soy Sauce

Directions

Directions:

  1. In an oven-proof serving bowl, mix your preferred rice with vinegar and salt, then press down gently to compress. 
  2. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 &½ tbsp mayonnaise, sriracha (to taste), and 1 can of Eve Tuna until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle the rice with furikake, then evenly layer the tuna mixture on top.
  4. Drizzle or spread mayonnaise, chives, sriracha, ketchup, and furikake over the tuna layer.
  5. Oven: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve with your favorite garnish and sauce of your liking.
