Directions:
- Heat Eve Soy Bean Oil in a deep pot or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Dust the seasoned chicken wings lightly with flour, then fry until crispy and golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a separate frying pan, heat 2 teaspoons of oil. Add garlic, onions, hot peppers, and chives. Sauté until fragrant and slightly softened.
- Stir in Eve Vinegar and Eve Tomato Ketchup, cooking briefly to combine.
- Gently toss the fried wings in the flavour mix until evenly coated. Plate and sprinkle generously with salt and black pepper.
