  • 2 cups Eve Soy Bean Oil, for frying
  • 2 tsp Eve Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Eve Tomato Ketchup
  • Chicken wings, jointed and seasoned
  • Flour, for dusting
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1–2 hot peppers, sliced (adjust to taste)
  • ½ onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

Directions:

  1. Heat Eve Soy Bean Oil in a deep pot or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Dust the seasoned chicken wings lightly with flour, then fry until crispy and golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In a separate frying pan, heat 2 teaspoons of oil. Add garlic, onions, hot peppers, and chives. Sauté until fragrant and slightly softened.
  4. Stir in Eve Vinegar and Eve Tomato Ketchup, cooking briefly to combine.
  5. Gently toss the fried wings in the flavour mix until evenly coated. Plate and sprinkle generously with salt and black pepper.

 

TIP:

Serve hot—with or without a side of Eve Long Grain Rice
