Method
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients: Eve tuna, Eve corn, ketchup, vinegar, mayonnaise, onion, bell pepper, celery, pimento, garlic, shadon beni, parsley, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy as a spread, dip, or salad topping!
TIP:
Serve on toast or Ritz Biscuits, as a filling for wraps or on a bed of lettuce for a low-carb option.
