Prepare batter for frying.
Dry: mix: ¼ cup flour, pizza seasoning, paprika, and black pepper to taste, plus cup seasoned breadcrumbs on a plate set aside.
Wet mix: lightly beat 2 egg yolks with ¼ cup Eve evaporated milk until combined.
Roll chilled macaroni and cheese mixture into balls, dip each ball into the wet mix, then dry mix and roll into breadcrumbs.
Fry until crisp and golden brown.
